This clarifies the true Dharma realized by the Tathāgata's own personal realization of noble wisdom. Whatever is expounded is spoken in accordance with realization, unlike the views of permanence and impermanence of the non-Buddhists. Why is this so? It is because one understands that external phenomena are false and unreal and is free from grasping, and likewise free from views of existence and non-existence, not falsely discriminating producer and produced. There are ten meanings altogether that explain and establish the correct principle, as can be known from the text.
