佛言：「夫為道者，猶木在水，尋流而行，不左觸岸，亦不右觸岸，不為人所取，不為鬼神所遮，不為洄流所住，亦不腐敗，吾保其入海矣。」

The Buddha said: "Those who practice the Way are like a piece of wood in water that travels along with the current: it does not touch the left bank, nor does it touch the right bank; it is not taken by humans, nor blocked by ghosts and spirits; it is not halted by whirlpools, nor does it rot—I guarantee it will enter the sea."
