既內視，當想身中盛諸不淨，穢惡之物，露泄不止，即邪意當息。彼身，自謂此身也。
Once looking inward, one should contemplate that within the body are contained all kinds of impurities, foul and repulsive substances constantly oozing forth; then the perverse thoughts will subside. "That body" refers to this body of one's own.
