然善人中有二種：或能事天地鬼神，或能孝養父母。比量福報，不及能事親者。

Now, among good people there are two kinds: either they can serve heaven, earth, ghosts, and spirits, or they can be filial and care for their parents. Comparing their karmic rewards, the former cannot match those who can serve their parents.
