That is, according with non-duality. The syntax of the Western Regions is inverted, and the translator did not completely reorder the text. Saṃsāra and nirvāṇa constitute duality; ordinary persons accord with saṃsāra, while followers of the two vehicles tend toward nirvāṇa. Here, resting in neither, it is called "accord". Furthermore, in terms of the environmental recompense, purity and defilement are non-dual; in terms of the primary recompense, sentient beings and buddhas are non-dual; strictly in terms of the substance, body and mind are non-dual; universally speaking, self and other are non-dual. To correspond with this is "accord".
