1.803

一正知一切法，謂佛誠言我是一切正智人等；二盡諸漏及習，言我漏盡等；三說一切障道法；四說出苦道。佛作誠言說此四法，決定無畏。

First, correctly knowing all dharmas: that is, the Buddha's true declaration, 'I am a person of all-correct wisdom,' and so forth; second, the exhaustion of all outpourings and traces: stating, 'My outpourings are exhausted,' and so forth; third, explaining all dharmas that obstruct the path; fourth, explaining the path that leads out of suffering. The Buddha makes true declarations explaining these four dharmas, definitely without fear.
