聖法非新來，凡心非滅去。又直言體無起滅，來去不約聖凡。

The noble Dharma does not newly come, and the ordinary mind does not cease and go. Furthermore, directly speaking, the substance has no arising or ceasing; coming and going are not considered in terms of the noble and the ordinary.
