器界空已復成，情界滅已復生。惑業襲習，報應綸輪，塵沙劫波莫之遏絕。上二句正示輪迴之相。

The vessel realm, having become empty, is formed again; the realm of sentient beings, having ceased, is born again. Afflictions and karma are accumulated by habit, retributions turn like a wheel, and throughout kalpas numerous as dust motes and sand grains, they are never halted. The preceding two clauses precisely show the marks of saṃsāra.
