離二乘滯寂境界。《稱讚大乘經》云：「寧在地獄經百千劫，終不發二乘之心。」亦可正知見者簡外道，不住相簡凡夫，不著等簡二乘。上皆順行，下逆行云。

Free from the realm of being stagnant in quiescence of the two vehicles. The Chengzan dacheng jing says: "Better to dwell in hell for hundreds of thousands of kalpas than ever give rise to the mind of the two vehicles." Alternatively, "correct views" excludes non-Buddhists; "not abiding in marks" excludes ordinary persons; "not clinging..." excludes the two vehicles. The above are all conforming practices; below are contrary practices.
