即上所釋，病除法在是正觀也。雖不取四病，而慧解昭然，不得懼落四中，便不建志立節。

That is to say, as explained above, when the illness is removed while the dharma remains, this is correct contemplation. Although not grasping the four defects, wisdom and understanding are luminous; one must not, out of fear of falling into the four, fail to establish one's aspiration and uphold integrity.
