結示同體悲智。所以然者，若不了善友及諸眾生與己同體者，則雖知菩提可進，而不能屈節事師；雖知薩埵可悲，而不能忘軀弘道。故此示也。

Concluding by showing identical-substance compassion and wisdom. Why is this? If one does not comprehend that the good friend and all sentient beings share the same substance with oneself, then although one knows bodhi can be advanced toward, one cannot humble oneself to serve a master; although one knows sentient beings are pitiable, one cannot forget one's own body to propagate the path. Hence this is shown.
