2.1172

指前普眼法門及三觀諸輪所說。謂圓機菩薩不滯空閑，種種施為作諸利益，廣度群品，修學法門。隨其閑暇分中，則便思察三觀，故言隨分。非謂見解未圓，名為隨分。

This points to what was previously explained regarding Samantacakṣus's Dharma approach and the various wheels of the three contemplations. It means that bodhisattvas of perfect capacity do not stay confined to secluded leisure; they carry out various activities to bring about benefits, broadly deliver all sorts of beings, and study the Dharma approach. When they have leisure, they immediately reflect on the three contemplations; hence it says "according to their capacity." It does not mean that their view and understanding are not yet perfect.
