「善男子！若諸眾生修三摩鉢提，先當憶想十方如來、十方世界一切菩薩，依種種門，漸次修行勤苦三昧。」
"Good sons, if sentient beings cultivate samāpatti, they should first recollect the Tathāgatas of the ten directions and all the bodhisattvas in the worlds of the ten directions, and relying on various approaches, gradually cultivate and practice the samādhi of arduous toil."
