大文第三流通分。謂正宗之分法義已周，欲使廣益他方，遠霑來世，流傳通泰，展轉無窮，故有此分。都無人傳是不流，流則不住不滯；傳之遇其障難是不通，通則不壅不塞。文五：一慶聞深法請問流通、二讚許佇聽交感流通、三依問宣說內護流通、四稟命加衛外護流通、五時眾受持總結流通。

The third major section: the propagation section. That is, the doctrinal meaning in the main section is already complete, and wishing to broadly benefit other realms, moisten future ages from afar, and spread freely and unhindered without end, there is this section. If nobody transmits it, it does not flow; if it flows, it neither stops nor stagnates. If in transmitting it obstacles and difficulties are encountered, it does not penetrate; if it penetrates, it is neither blocked nor obstructed. The text has five [parts]: 1. rejoicing in hearing the profound Dharma and inquiring about propagation; 2. praising and permitting, waiting to listen, mutual resonance and propagation; 3. expounding according to the question, internal protection and propagation; 4. receiving the command with added protection, external protection and propagation; 5. the assembly upholding it, general conclusion and propagation.
