說此經佛既是真身，真身無礙，塵沙同體，故一說即是多說。《華嚴》云：「十方諸如來，同共一法身，一心一智慧，力、無畏亦然。」又不了義經則隨方有說不說，了義之教無佛不譚。如《華嚴》云：「我不見有佛國土不說此經」等。

The buddhas who expound this sūtra are the true body, and the true body is unobstructed and of one substance with the dust-grains of sands; thus, one speaking is just the multiple speakings. The Huayan says: "The Tathāgatas of the ten directions share one single dharmakāya, one mind and one wisdom; their powers and fearlessnesses are likewise so." Furthermore, regarding non-definitive sūtras, they are spoken or not spoken according to the place, but there is no buddha who does not expound the definitive teaching. As the Huayan says: "I do not see any buddha-land where this sūtra is not expounded," and so forth.
