凡發大心，多有障難。障難多種，略舉災病，故云乃至也。今由神護，一切皆除。

Whenever generating the great aspiration, there are often many obstacles and difficulties. Obstacles and difficulties are of many kinds, and here disasters and diseases are raised as a brief example; hence it says "even". Now, owing to the protection of the spirits, all are eliminated.
