九、有性無性對，有性者，三乘性也。無性者，闡提性也。非為他日迴心，現已齊成佛道。

Ninth, the pair of having nature and lacking nature. 'Those with nature' refers to the nature of the three vehicles. 'Those without nature' refers to the nature of icchantikas. It is not that they will turn their minds on some other day; presently they have already equally accomplished the Buddha Path.
