由離根境，內心自閑，寂靜清虛，輕安調暢。喧塵永息，麁重長袪。

Through detachment from sense faculties and sense objects, the inner mind is naturally at ease, quiescent and cleanly empty, pliant, regulated, and暢 [flowing freely]. Clamorous defilements are stilled forever, and coarse heaviness is permanently dispelled.
