正明起行也。諸幻即幻智也。幻者，即根本無明，是能幻之者。除幻者，依如幻始覺力，分覺根本不覺，始息滅相，終息生相，即是除幻。

This directly clarifies giving rise to practice. 'Various illusions' are illusory wisdom. 'The illusions' refers to fundamental avidyā, which is that which can produce illusions. 'Eliminating the illusions' means that by relying on the power of illusion-like initial enlightenment, one partially awakens to fundamental non-enlightenment, first bringing the mark of cessation to an end, and ultimately bringing the mark of arising to an end; this is 'eliminating the illusions'.
