隨機應化說法，開示如幻眾生也。若觀心釋者，變起差別幻智，遍觀八萬塵勞之眾，一一稱真清淨，非障非蔽，即為開也。

According with capacities, they respond, transform, and expound the Dharma, opening and showing it to illusion-like sentient beings. If interpreted in terms of contemplating the mind: transforming and producing differentiated illusory wisdom, they universally contemplate the multitude of eighty thousand defilements, each according with the real and pure, neither obstructing nor obscuring; this is 'to enlighten'.
