七、果落華敷觀。即以靜定之樹，結寂滅中道之果。後敷華者，復以幻觀入有情界，度諸眾生，同令獲得涅槃之果。

Seventh, the contemplation of the fruit falling and the flower blooming. That is, using the tree of tranquil meditation, one bears the fruit of quiescent cessation, the Middle Way. "Subsequently blooming the flower" means that one again enters the realm of sentient beings with the illusory contemplation to deliver all sentient beings, causing them equally to attain the fruit of nirvāṇa.
