圓融和合一切事理、性相、真妄、色空等類。舉體相應，是為圓合，謂由圓覺合理，理即非理，故全即事。又由以覺合事，事即非事，故全即理。餘性相等皆同此說，中道義諦於是現焉。非理非事雙遮顯中，即理即事雙照顯中，遮照同時是為圓覺。

Completely merging and unifying all categories such as phenomena and principle, nature and characteristics, true and deluded, form and emptiness. Manifesting their total substance in mutual resonance is 'complete unification.' This means that because perfect enlightenment unifies with principle, principle is non-principle, and hence is entirely phenomena. Furthermore, because enlightenment unifies with phenomena, phenomena are non-phenomena, and hence are entirely principle. The rest, such as nature and characteristics, are all explained in the same way; the Middle Way truth of reality appears herein. Neither principle nor phenomena: double concealment reveals the middle; both principle and phenomena: double illumination reveals the middle; concealing and illumining simultaneously is perfect enlightenment.
