由將無始住地無明為我主故，動是我動、息是我息，我相既在，動息俱迷。

Because they take beginningless ground-state avidyā to be their self-master, movement is the self's moving, and cessation is the self's ceasing. Since the mark of self remains, both movement and cessation are deluded.
