剎是世界，如入唐國率土屬唐，蕃境亦爾。故知若到悟境則法法屬悟，迷境亦爾。
A "realm" (kṣetra) is a world. Like entering the Tang realm where all within the territory belongs to the Tang, or likewise in foreign territories. Hence we know that if one reaches the realm of enlightenment, then all phenomena belong to enlightenment; the realm of delusion is also like this.
