10.114

即是眾生之主也。一切眾生因梵天故，名一切眾生主，能生一切有情故也。以補囉（二合）字為種字也。補是第一義，囉是障垢，於勝義中即障無障，一切聖者皆從此生，故主生主也。亦是佛化身。

He is the lord of sentient beings (Prajāpati). All sentient beings exist because of Brahmā; hence he is named the Lord of All Sentient Beings, because he can generate all sentient beings. It takes the conjunct syllable *pra* as its bīja syllable. *P* is ultimate reality (paramārtha); *ra* is obstacles and defilements; in the supreme truth, obstacles are non-obstacles. All noble ones are born from this, so the lord is the Lord of Generation (Prajāpati). He is also an emanation body of the Buddha.
