Here, the syllable tri above is taken as the essence. Ta is the meaning of suchness; ra is the meaning of departing from dust and defilement; i is samādhi; this is the suchness stainless samādhi, from which the wisdom of all vajras is born. The syllable ṭa is incomplete, being half an essence; destruction of the essence without completion is the meaning of death. Through this samādhi one slays those abiding on the avidyāvāsanābhūmi; having already slain the avidyāvāsanābhūmi, jayanti has the meaning of victory and also the meaning of birth: like comprehending suchness and purifying defilements and hindrances, one attains invincible birth; therefore she is the mother of all. Arising unconquered means giving birth to all vajras. The vajras are the unconquered ones, and it also means giving birth to all unconquered persons. This unconquered birth is also called amṛta-birth.
