13.66

囉是無垢義，上點是大空三昧也。第一除凡夫二乘障，第二住於如來甘露之空也。次二字傍二點是淨除義，第一除凡夫垢、第二除二乘垢也。

'Ra' has the meaning of stainlessness, and the dot above is the samādhi of great emptiness. The first removes the obstacles of ordinary beings and the two vehicles; the second abides in the Tathāgata's emptiness of amṛta. The two dots beside the next two characters have the meaning of purification: the first removes the defilements of ordinary beings, and the second removes the defilements of the two vehicles.
