經云「常定生」者，彼外道計我是常住不可破壞，自然常生無有更生，故以為名也。
The sūtra says: "Constantly and definitely born." Those non-Buddhists hold that the self is eternal and indestructible, naturally and constantly born without being born anew, and therefore take this as their name.
