20.12

第九名意生，謂從意所生之法，隨意成也。種種形皆作、所念皆能成就。巧，謂毘首羯摩也，即是隨類現身，普門成就之義，自在之慧隨作皆成也。有大力也。

The ninth is named Mind-born (Manasija), meaning the dharmas born from the mind, which are accomplished according to one's intent. He assumes all kinds of forms, and whatever is thought of can be accomplished. 'Skillful' refers to Viśvakarman, which is the principle of manifesting bodies in accordance with various classes of beings and universally accomplishing goals; the wisdom of mastery succeeds in whatever it undertakes. He possesses great power.
