3.39

「祕密主！如是法則阿闍梨，諸佛菩薩之所稱歎」者，以眾德兼備故，即能流通密教不斷佛種，是名佛之真子，從真言行生，常為眾聖之所稱歎也。若弟子修瑜伽行，則能見此上人天龍八部恭敬供養，或見十方諸佛稱其名號勸發大眾，如釋迦牟尼說菩薩薩陀波崙求法因緣也。

"Lord of Secrets, an ācārya with such principles is praised by all buddhas and bodhisattvas": because all virtues are fully possessed, he is able to propagate the esoteric teaching without letting the seed of the buddhas be cut off. He is called a true child of the buddhas, born from the practice of mantras, and is constantly praised by the multitude of noble ones. If a disciple practices yogic conduct, he will be able to see this superior being reverently worshipped and made offerings to by the eight classes of gods and nāgas, or see the buddhas of the ten directions proclaiming his name and exhorting the great assembly, just as Śākyamuni recounted the circumstances of the Bodhisattva Sadāprarudita seeking the Dharma.
