Regarding "At that time, the Tathāgata again spoke the Vidyārājñī Mantra of the Turning-Accordance of Ākāśagarbha Whose Power Is Equal to Empty Space": like empty space, it cannot be destroyed and nothing can surpass it; hence it is named "power equal to empty space". Furthermore, "treasury" is like someone who has a great treasure treasury and bestows whatever is desired; taking from it with mastery, one never suffers poverty. The Tathāgata's treasury of empty space is also like this: all deeds that benefit and gladden sentient beings emerge from it as immeasurable Dharma jewels, enjoyed with mastery without any aspect of exhaustion; hence it is named "Ākāśagarbha". "Turning-accordance vidyā" has the meaning of turning in accordance with what can generate; this treasury can generate all Buddha activities. As in the compassionate vows generated earlier, when making an offering with a single flower, one applies one's mind so that having offered to all Buddhas as well as ordinary beings and āryas, one immediately dedicates it to all-knowledge, saying: "May all who receive my gift, through this power, cause me to attain the vows above." Having made this vow, empowering it with this mantra, nothing will fail to be accomplished. First is "Homage to all Tathāgatas", etc.
