2.66

第六段中，摶食者，摶是節量食也。隨意食法者，凡有飯，四分：一供養本尊、二行者自分、三同學者來可食、四為飢貧濟。若待同學不來者，行者自食亦得。增減者，動也。悅澤者，妙面完色也。

In the sixth section, regarding 'morsel food': a morsel is food of measured quantity. The method of eating as one wishes: generally, rice is divided into four portions: 1. offering to the deity; 2. the practitioner's own portion; 3. for fellow practitioners who come to eat; 4. to relieve the hungry and poor. If waiting for fellow practitioners and they do not come, the practitioner may also eat it. 'Increase and decrease' means moving. 'Moist and bright' means a pleasing facial complexion.
