二、藏乘分攝者，謂三藏之中修多羅攝，二藏之中菩薩藏攝。若此攝彼，則兼該二三，持戒證果有小乘故，徵難辨析最明顯故。諸乘之中一乘所攝，若此攝彼亦該諸乘。十二分中契經方廣二分所攝，攝彼如前。

Second, regarding subsumption within the piṭakas and vehicles: among the three piṭakas, it is subsumed under the sūtras (sūtra-piṭaka); between the two piṭakas, it is subsumed under the bodhisattva piṭaka. If this [sūtra] subsumes the others, it concurrently encompasses both the two and the three [piṭakas], because upholding precepts and realizing fruits include the Hīnayāna, and interrogating, refuting, and analyzing are most clearly evident. Among the various vehicles, it is subsumed under the one vehicle; if this [sūtra] subsumes the others, it also encompasses the various vehicles. Among the twelve divisions [of the canon], it is subsumed under the two divisions of sūtra and vaipulya; its subsumption of the others is as before.
