心中初求最後檀越以為齋主，無問淨穢剎利尊姓及旃陀羅，方行等慈，不擇微賤，發意圓成一切眾生無量功德。

In his heart he initially sought the very last dānapati to be the host of his meal, without inquiring whether pure or impure, kṣatriya of noble lineage or caṇḍāla; just then practicing equal compassion without discriminating against the lowly and base, with the intention of perfecting the immeasurable merits of all sentient beings.
