心能靈鑒，內外俱緣，故云一切明了。向外既了萬緣，在內合知藏腑。頗，猶可也，亦語辭也。汝觀眾生可有此者？

The mind can numinously reflect and cognizes both internal and external; hence it is said to "understand everything clearly." If outward it already understands the myriad conditions, inward it ought to know the internal organs. *Po* (頗) is like "could it be"; it is also a modal particle. When you observe sentient beings, could there be such a one?
