國名未詳。彌伽釋迦，此云能降伏。翻梵為華，故云譯語。其中證義，應有別錄，餘如翻譯時年中說。

The name of the country is not yet clearly detailed. Meghasikha translates here as "Able to Subdue". Translating Sanskrit into Chinese, it is therefore called "interpreted". Proof-readers of the meaning therein should be found in separate records; the rest is as spoken in the account of the year and month of translation.
