1.335

現今思惟，誠有緣慮，及推所止，三處元非。應知隨境而生，心與境合，境既不一，心亦隨多，頗合佛言，必無虛論。

Now as for thinking, there is indeed cognitive deliberation; but when we trace where it abides, the three locations are fundamentally not it. One should know that it arises in accordance with objects: mind unites with objects. Since objects are not one, minds also vary accordingly. This quite accords with the Buddha's words and is certainly no hollow assertion.
