佛告阿難：「汝今答我。如來屈指為光明拳，耀汝心目，汝目可見。以何為心，當我拳耀？」
The Buddha told Ānanda: "Now answer me: The Tathāgata bent his fingers into a fist of bright light, dazzling your mind and eyes. Your eyes can see it; what do you take as the mind that faces the radiance of my fist?"
