能推之心，攀緣妄想，生死輪轉是此為根。固執既深，河沙叵算，故今呈露必待破除。

The mind that can examine is the false thought that climbs upon conditions; the transmigration of birth and death has this as its root. Deeply rooted clinging has lasted for eons like river sands, countless in number; thus, its exposure now must await being broken through.
