10.118

「見其色滅，形無所因。觀其想滅，心無所繫。知其受滅，無復連綴。陰性銷散，縱有生理而無受想，與草木同，此質現前猶不可得，死後云何更有諸相？因之勘校死後相無，如是循環有八無相。」

"Seeing its form eliminated, physical shape has no basis. Contemplating its perception eliminated, the mind has no attachment. Knowing its sensation eliminated, there is no further linkage. The nature of the aggregates dissolving and dissipating, even if there is a life principle, without sensation and perception it is identical to grass and trees; when this physical substance present before us cannot even be obtained, how could there be various characteristics after death? Based on this, examining and verifying the absence of characteristics after death, cycling like this, there are eight [theories of] no characteristics."
