「是人則墮能非能執，摩䤈首羅現無邊身成其伴侶，迷佛菩提，亡失知見。是名第二立能為心成能事果。違遠圓通，背涅槃城，生大慢天我遍圓種。」

"this person falls into the grasping at the capable and non-capable, and Maheśvara manifesting an boundless body becomes his companion. Confused about the Buddha's bodhi and losing sight of knowledge and vision, this is called the second: establishing capability as the mind and completing the fruit of capable deeds. Departing far from perfect penetration, turning his back on the city of nirvāṇa, he generates the lineage of the great arrogance devas of the pervasive, perfect self.
