10.37

「二者、是人窮四大元，四性常性，修習能知四萬劫中十方眾生所有生滅，咸皆體恒，不曾散失，計以為常。」

"Second, this person exhaustively investigates the source of the four great elements, finding that the nature of the four is a permanent nature. Through his cultivation, he is able to know that all the arising and ceasing of sentient beings throughout the ten directions over forty thousand eons are all eternal in substance, never dispersing or being lost, and he calculates this as permanent."
