此人心計行陰現今，流注不息，名為無邊。過、未不見，名為有邊。此約流用生滅不息、無有邊際說無邊耳。

This person conceptualizes the present aggregate of formations, flowing continuously without cessation, and calls it boundless; not seeing past and future, he calls them bounded. This is merely speaking of boundlessness in terms of flowing activity arising and ceasing without cessation, having no boundaries.
