"Ānanda! Pushing the source of your seeing to the utmost: from the palaces of the sun and moon, these are objects and not you; gazing thoroughly and attentively up to the Seven Golden Mountains, although there are various lights, these too are objects and not you. Gradually observing further, clouds soaring, birds flying, wind stirring, dust rising, trees, mountains, rivers, grasses, mustard plants, humans, and beasts are all objects and not you."
