「沈思諦觀，剎那剎那念念之間不得停住，故知我身終從變滅。」
'Contemplating deeply and observing attentively, across kṣaṇa after kṣaṇa and thought-moment after thought-moment, it cannot be halted; therefore I know that my body will ultimately undergo transformation and extinction.'
