The names and enumerations of all dharmas cannot be fully spoken; by citing only the three categories, everything is encompassed, hence it says 'up to.' The three categories refer to aggregates, sense bases, and realms. Here, within the sense bases, the six faculties are distinguished separately, hence there are the six entrances. These three categories are worldly vain discriminations; when illusory causes and conditions blend and join, it is conventionally called arising; when illusory causes and conditions separate, it is conventionally called ceasing. In reality there is no substance that can arise or cease.
