佛興慈悲，哀愍阿難及諸大眾，發海潮音遍告同會：「諸善男子！我常說言色、心諸緣，及心所使，諸所緣法唯心所現。」

"The Buddha gave rise to kindness and compassion, pitying Ānanda and the great assembly. Emitting the sound of an ocean tide, he addressed the entire assembly: 'Good sons! I have constantly taught that form, mind, and all conditions, as well as the mental factors and all conditioned dharmas, are only manifestations of mind.'"
