初三句牒計總問，以肉下破。浮塵是知，身自知觸，非是鼻根也。

The first three sentences cite the thesis and present a general question; the sentences from 'If you take flesh' onward refute it: superficial dust is what knows, so the body naturally cognizes touch; it is not the nose faculty.
