「阿難！譬如有人以兩手指急塞其耳，耳根勞故頭中作聲，兼耳與勞同是菩提瞪發勞相。」
"Ānanda, it is like a person who tightly plugs their ears with two fingers: because the ear faculty becomes fatigued, a sound is made in the head; both the ear and the fatigue are together the marks of staring fixedly and producing fatigue within bodhi."
