凡外小乘稟權教者皆名無知，不了實義故名為惑，執成名相故稱曰為。皆是下總斥虛妄。識心虛妄，顛倒從生，因迷積迷，何實之有。

Ordinary people, externalists, and small vehicle adherents who follow provisional teachings are all called lacking knowledge. Not understanding the true meaning is called delusion; clinging to established names and characteristics is called taking them as such. From 'these are all' onward general reproof of falsehood. The conscious mind is false and inverted views arise from it; accumulating delusion upon delusion, what reality could there be?
